1 large can crushed pineapple (not drained)
3/4 cup Sugar
1/4 tsp salt
3 tablespoons Minute tapiocia
Mix well and put in an unbaked pie shell Top with another pie crust. Poke holes in top. Bake at 350 for about 25 minutes
I make it really easy and use the refrigerated pie crust!
This sounds different but it is so good!
